Terms & Conditions

In these terms and conditions, "we", "us" and "our" refers to Sacred Spa Rituals.

Your access to use all information on this website, is provided subject to the following terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to amend this Notice at any time, and your use of this website following any amendments will represent your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. 

We therefore recommend that each time you access our website you read these terms and conditions.

RESERVATIONS

​

For your convenience you may now book online. Alternatively you may phone during the hours of operation or send us an email. We endeavor to reply as soon as possible.

​

We recommend you try and schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure your preferred treatment time.

 

We require a credit card on file for any bookings over 2 hours long, in order to secure your reservation.

 

We kindly ask for a minimum 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a 50% cancelation fee charged to your card on file.

Exceptional circumstances are considered. 

 

Treatment prices and services may be subject to change at no notice.

CANCELATION

​

We understand life happens but kindly request a minumum of 24 hours notice when possible.​


Standard treatments

Any cancellations or rescheduling on an individual treatment made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment may result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the credit card/ voucher on file; no-show will be fully charged.

Spa Packages

As our Spa policy, we would require cancellation notice of at least 48hours prior to the treatment.

  • Due to some circumstances if you have to reschedule your booked appointment during cancellation time then there may be a 10% Handling fee charge, which will be deducted from the card on file. 

  • Please be advised that Spa Packages can not be shared between clients or altered in any way

 

SPA ARRIVAL

Please arrive to your appointment on time to enjoy the full spa experience.

If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. 

A late arrival will forfeit your session time.

Arrival later than 15 minutes may forfeit the entire session and be considered a no-show. This will be at the owners discretion.

​​PAYMENT FOR TREATMENTS

​

Payment for treatments and services are due on the day of service.​

​

We now  accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash.

SACRED WEBSITE

​

Our services are provided to adults over the age of 18 years old. By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.

​

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are exclusive of GST. We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current. Our price list can be accessed from our rituals page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however, we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misconception, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission. 

​

Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true color nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

 

Gift certificates have a 3 month expiry date from time of purchase.

Redeemable for services and/or product  not exceeding the remaining credit balance on this card. Not redeemable for cash.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

 

Sacred Spa Rituals reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED


If for any reason, we fail to meet your expectation with any of our services, please let us know within 24 hours of your service.

LOST OR MISPLACED ITEMS

​

We are not responsible for any items that may be lost or misplaced during your treatment. It is your responsibility to ensure you do not leave valuable behind where they could get damaged or misplaced. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

​EMERGENCY OR FORCED SPA CLOSURES

​

In some situations, it may be deemed necessary to temporarily close the spa for the comfort, safety and welfare of its employees and clients.

​

We endeavor to notify clients that have confirmed appointments with reasonable advanced notice in order for them to reschedule.  

​

UNFORSEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

 

If an unforseeable circumstance causing delay continues for more than 30 days, we may terminate this agreement by giving at least 7 days notice to you.

An unforseeable event could be any circumstance or omission over which we have no control.

 

PRIVACY

We take all due care with any information which you may provide to us when accessing our website.

However, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you may provide to us online. However, we keep our system updated and take all necessary precautions to protect and safeguard your information from third parties.
